Answer: No. You must use the modem or router provided by Omnipoint or partner to have access to internet.
Answer: Internet speed fluctuation is often caused by varying technical factors. Environmental factors like physical obstructions and router placement can also affect Wi-Fi stability. Omnipoint addresses these issues thru optimized design and delivery of services to ensure consistent internet performance. Contact us if you are experiencing issues.
Answer: You should contact Omnipoint if you are experiencing problems with your subscription or connection. To better identify the problem, please consider the following questions:
1. Have you connected your network cable directly into the data port on your ONT? Or, are you using a router or another kind of wireless connection? If so, do you experience the same problem if you restart the router by unplugging it for several minutes?
2. Is the network cable unplugged or damaged?
3. Do you experience the problem at a particular time of day or throughout the day?
Providing as much information as possible to our Omnipoint customer service will help them resolve issues quickly.
Answer: Call Omnipoint customer care at 844-764-6800.
Answer: It's probably because your email address was registered previously.
To resolve this:
1. Click "Login" (in the top right of the page).
2. Click the text "Forgot password?" found under the username and password text fields, to the left of the Login button on the login page and request a password for your email address (which is also your user account).
You will receive an email within a few minutes with a link that you click to enter a password. Once done, you are logged in and can proceed.
If you have not previously registered or want to change your email, you may want to create a new user account to another email address, then choose "Create Account" and fill in the information.
